banking to your operation for a fee.
This arrangement takes care of all net worth requirements, human
resources, warehousing, funding/wiring, secondary marketing, investor
approval, FHA/VA approvals, underwriting, health insurance, and
benefits, accounting and payroll, document preparation, closing
and processing functions, record retention and Regulatory Compliance,
Quality Control and HMDA reporting.
