So that we may get your loan approved as quickly as possible, please provide us with the information below at the time of application.

• Pay stubs from the previous 30 day period
• Two most recent statements for all bank accounts, stocks, bonds or annuities
• Two most recent W-2's
• Federal Tax returns (including all schedules) if you:
       • are applying for a VA or FHA loan
       • are self employed
       • receive commission, interest dividend income
       • own rental properties

If Applicable:

• Gift letter
• Bankruptcy papers (all pages) including a copy of the final discharge and a letter of explanation
• Final divorce papers with property settlement
