I have been involved in Lending for close to thirty years: Both as a Mortgage Company Owner and Loan Officer. My specialty has always been in Government Mortgages, specifically geared towards The USDA Rural Guaranteed Program. With this particular program I’ve been able to help thousands of families otherwise unable to achieve their dreams of Home Ownership. I’ve given countless seminars on how to “Open The Door To Home Ownership” resulting in N.E. Ohio becoming the number one area for USDA backed mortgages at a time when no one had ever heard of the program. This in turn, made me the number one expert and lender of this type of residential financing, starting in the early 1990’s.

I’ve recently decided to join, what I determined to be, the best team of Government Lending specialists in Ohio, Strategic Mortgage Company. Bringing their expertise and service support to N.E. Ohio, and blending it with my own know-how. As the old adage goes, “if you can’t beat ‘em join ‘em”. With this merger of years of knowledge, talent, and a shared belief that working together as a high functioning team aimed at extraordinary service, I firmly believe there will be no local competition.
